All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a further email notification once your order has been dispatched.

We offer fast and reliable delivery via DHL courier directly from our warehouse in Poland.

Delivery within Poland (DHL courier): 19.00 PLN

Free delivery within Poland: For orders over 500.00 PLN.

Standard delivery within the EU (DHL courier): 14.99 EUR (Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days)

Free delivery within the EU: For orders over 300.00 EUR.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your DHL waybill number. Tracking information may appear in the carrier’s system with a 24-hour delay.
