Refund policy

At Akos Dental, operated by Denteq, we are committed to supplying high-quality, certified dental instruments. As our products are classified as medical devices, strict regulations regarding hygiene and the safety of returns apply.

14-day right of return

You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt, provided the following criteria are met.

Exceptions / Non-returnable products (Hygiene Clause)

For a product to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unsterilised, in its original, unopened packaging with the factory seals intact.

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of contra-angles, turbines or clinical instruments if the sterile packaging or hygiene seal has been broken, or if the equipment has been connected to a dental unit.

Damage and defects

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us straight away at sklep@akos.eu if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong product (e.g. the wrong type of connector), so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact us by emailing sklep@akos.eu. Once your return has been approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the parcel. Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted. The cost of return postage is borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a valid warranty claim.
